2008 Annual General Meeting
The 2008 Annual General meeting will be held at 8.00pm on Thursday 27th March 2008 at Luton Airport Social Club (formerly Britannia Airways Social Club).
Nominations and propositions must be made in writing to the club secretary by 13th March 2008.
The club is located on Proctor Way which is off Percival Way in Luton Airport. There is free parking outside the venue and there is a bar available.
Members wishing to keep in touch with Club affairs should make every effort to attend.
Remember for your votes to count you must bring your Membership Book
(As per Rule 15 on page 12 of the membership book).
