Canal Perch Caught by Kevin Rudgely 8th Feb 2008

I fished the canal from dawn till dusk looking for nice perch I was using a whole lobworm on one rod and worm and maggot on the other and had nothing all day. As the sun started to go down I changed one of my rods to two single red maggots on a size 16 hook and took this nice specimen five minutes later. I'm unsure what it weighed but it was a nice end to an otherwise rubbish day!
