If you’re planning to go fishing, make sure you’ve got a rod licence. If you don’t have a licence you could be fined up to £2500.

Barretts Mere

Tingrith,Beds

 

Barretts Mere started out as a shallow overgrown irrigation/drainage channel and has since been excavated and a small lake created which is pleasure fishery for anglers of all abilities. The Lake is stocked with Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd and Crucian Carp. The lake is One Rod and is Float Fishing Only.
