On North House this week husband and wife Ivan and Sue Sayer both reported fish this week, Sue had a 15lb 5oz common and husband Ivan had a multiple fish catch taking four fish three at 19lb and a best of 22lb 15oz. Another angler reporting a multiple fish catch was Steve Chamberlain with fish of 15lb, 15lb 4oz, and 17lb and topped with a fish of 24lb 8oz. David Starling had a common of 17lb 2oz and Russell Bundy reports a 25lb 9oz mirror, Steve Stringer had a 20lb mirror and Mark Farrell took a 16lb common. Our membership sectary Joanne Edwards also was into the fish reporting a 7lb 8oz bream and a 21lb 8oz common.
On the South Lagoon the only report this week was from Will Holton who took six bream with a best at 11lb 3oz.
At Beckerings the bailiff reports that the anglers float fishing were taking roach and perch and the fishing was improving and generally good, Darren Savage reported taking three commons all over 20lb during sessions through the week. Dave Frazer had two fish the best was a fish of 21lb. The best reported catch this week was by 19 year old Tom Bangert who took a p/b bream of 8lb 8oz a p/b tench of 5lb 12oz and a p/b carp of 26lb 2oz along with other carp of 17 & 18lb. On Sunday Trevor Mead had four carp all doubles.
There have been plenty of fish being caught on the canal with fish being taken on all sections. On the Globe section Alf Shaw our long serving canal bailiff reports taking 48 bream best 3lb 8oz and 8 roach for a total of 70lb on corn, returning to the same swim later this week he took 21 bream and a 10lb carp. Mid week Adrian Pursuer was taking carp from this area. There have been plenty of bream showing on the Tesco section to around 3lb 8oz,On section 8 a regular day anger took three mirrors all around 16lb on meat. At Section 9 another midweek angler was catching carp to 13lb 8oz on worm and corn. Section 10 anglers were reporting plenty of skimmers and roach as well as the odd carp. At section 13 Alec Sharp reported bream to 3lb 8oz along with carp to 13lb 8oz and "was having a good days fishing” Also on this section Mr Foulger from Stevenage was catch bream and carp to 14lb on corn.

All of the waters at the Wyboston Complex (River Ouse, North House Lake and the South Lagoon) will be closed on Saturday and Sunday whilst the repairs are carried out
