On the river Great Ouse at Wyboston Alan Wilkie put in a number of evening sessions last week, his reward was 5 chub between 3lbs 14ozs and 5lbs 5ozs, bream of 6lbs 4ozs and 5lbs and a 5lbs 2ozs tench, Alan was fishing with boilies. On the South Lagoon Chris Bartlett had pike of 13lbs 10ozs, 6lbs 5ozs, 5lbs 1oz and 4lb 8ozs. Alan Bradshaw caught a 10lb 4oz zander plus pike of 8lbs and 6lbs and Matt Broder caught a 10lbs 15oz pike.

On Beckerings Reservoir, Steppingley, the fishing is slowing down with the cold snap but the odd double figure carp is coming out to the night angler plus the odd decent bream. Over the weekend a number of pike were caught around the 10lb mark.

The Grand Union canal is very quiet, at Slapton a nice perch of around 2lb was reported. At The Globe 2 members reported catching skimmers and bits on a long pole and a junior member had a 14lb carp on legered boilie from section 6. Plenty of matches at the weekend, here are the results:-
