We have a second pair of glasses now in the clubs "lost" box the latest were found on Friday at Slapton bridge if you have lost a pair please contact Dave Edwards on 01582 728114, I still also have the pair found at Beckerings a couple of weeks ago no takers....................

On the canal this week Steve Davis was fishing around the white bridge using the long pole, he started with small perch and roach until the skimmers moved in and was taking a fish a chuck when the bailiff left.

A few carp have been taken this week and there have been lots of roach and skimmers caught. Dave Murdoch fished the canal on Monday and had his first ever common at 15lb and a second one of around 6lb.

At Beckerings Dave Tuff fishing a night session took one of the bigger commons at 30lb 11oz.

At North House Lake Darren Cole took a number of tench to around 5lb as well as carp of 21lb 4oz and 14lb 2oz, Lee Harris had a three fish catch with mirrors of 19lb and 16lb and a common of 16lb 5oz. The Best reported fish at North House this week was from Bruce Starling at 22lb 8oz.

On the South Lagoon a member found the carp taking four commons at 19lb 8oz, 15lb 9oz, 13lb 4oz and 10lb.

Float anglers are taking lots of roach and skimmers.
