Beckerings Reservoir, Steppingley hasn't been affected by the colder snap, Kevin Barables caught 4 carp in a session up to 20lbs 9ozs. Peter Strudwick caught a common of 20 lbs 12ozs and Phil Randall  had commons of 18lbs and 15lb plus. A number of pleasure anglers are catching well on the pole, plenty of roach and perch to squatt and maggot.
 
At Wyboston a lot of the river fishing has been washed out with the heavy rain last week, within the South Lagoon the water was bank high. This did not deter the predator hunter with Andrew Taylor catching zander of 10lbs 13ozs and 8lbs as well as 3 pike between 11lbs 13oz and 9lbs 7oz. Lots of roach and skimmers are showing to the float and feeder. North House was quiet with Robert Harding catching a 10lb common carp.
 
The Grand Union canal has been affected with the cold nights and bright skies. Lots of good reports midweek from pleasure anglers fishing the warmer part of the day with perch, roach and gudgeon showing plus the odd carp from various sections. There were a lot of matches over the weekend here are the results:-
