Beckerings is still producing carp despite the cold weather, Peter Studwick had two fish mid week both well into double figures, the best reported fish was a mirror of 26lb.


On the South Lagoon William Holtum had two bream of 7lb as well as a carp of 13lb 6oz, while his father had two pike into double figures, Dave Brosnan had a pike of 10lb 8oz and Andy Taylor had pike of 9lb11oz as well as bream of 7lb 8oz.


On the river on the Wyboston complex Alan Wilkie had three chub of 4lb 9oz, 5lb 1oz and 6lb 7oz.


Club treasurer Dennis Hunt fished at Biddenham and found the river in near perfect condition, using bread flake he tempted chub of 3lb, also fishing this section this week Roger Coves with waggler tactics he took silver fish and lost a good size chub after a long fight. Steve Morey fishing Saturday took a fine 3lb 2oz Perch on a lure. Pictures in the galleries on the website
 
The match this week was at Sandy bridge, first was T Bird with 7lb of skimmers and perch, second was N Dawson with 4lb 10oz of skimmers and third was D Moss with 3lb 9oz. The two section winners were D Read with 1lb 2oz and P Mills with 2lb 14oz,
Next weeks match is on Town South and is the last points match of this season
