NIGHT FISHING Night fishing shall be permitted BY MEMBERS ONLY on the following Club waters:-
Beckerings Reservoir – Up to 8 Anglers bookable 48 hours in advance. Same day and Sunday bookings will not be accepted. One Night Only no consecutive nights.
North House Lake – Up to 8 Anglers. ( From 1st Jun 2009 - 2 night stays Sunday to Thursdays. Bank Holiday Mondays count as Sundays.
To book a night at Beckerings or North House you must contact our night bookings officer Ken Scott on (01582) 619757 at least 48hrs in advance. No Calls will be accepted on Sundays and Do not call between 18:00 and 19:00hrs
If you book a night permit and cannot go for any reason you must contact Ken Scott as soon as possible so he can allocate the space to another member. If you book a night on North House or Beckerings and do not turn up it will result in a 28 day night permit ban.
The waters below may be night fished by any Member and do not need to be pre-booked.
All River Great Ouse Waters except Black Cat
Grand Union Canal between Bridges 102, Stoke Hammond and Bridge 110, Old Linslade, Sections 1 to 5 inclusive and Sections 9b, 9c & 10a may be fished at night BY MEMBERS ONLY. The arrangement will cease immediately should any Rules or Byelaws be broken.
South Lagoon & R.Ouse, Wyboston. From 1st June 2009 2 night stays with no pre-booking by members, Non-members may also fish at night having paid the appropriate fees in advance. MEMBERS SHOULD REMEMBER THAT NIGHT FISHING IS PERMITTED ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT NO DISTURBANCE WILL BE CAUSED TO OTHER MEMBERS & LOCAL RESIDENTS AND THAT NO FOULING OF BANKS OR LITTER WILL BE LEFT OR FIRES LIT. VIOLATION OF THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE PRIVILEGE BEING WITHDRAWN IMMEDIATELY. UNDER 16s MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, ONE TO ONE, IN THE SAME SWIM, AT ALL TIMES AT NIGHT. GUESTS MAY NOT FISH AT NIGHT. |
