"The first round has been completed the winner of Round 1 was Kevin Bullus who caught two Pike one of 12lb and one of 11lb 7oz which resulted in a total weight of 23lb 7oz.

These were the only fish caught during the match although there were a couple of missed runs and fish lost at the net and a "monster" fish which escaped from fisheries officer Ken Scott!"
